Square Cable
Description: Provides adjustable mountibg capabilities on process lines. 2" square tubing welded to 3" extruded channel. Solid welded cap provided as a standard. Standard is 16" long. Can be used to horizontal or vertical mounting.
Materials: Hot Dipped Galvanized Carbon Steel (HDG), Aluminum (AL), 304SS (4SS)and 316SS (6SS) (ORDERING CODES)
Notes: The channel provides the gripping edge on the process line. Two high-tensile strength cables 5/16" dia wraps around the process line holding the stand in place. Galvanized cable is standard. Type 300 S.S. cable is an option. They are available in two lengths. 50" for process line 3" to 14" dia. 120" process lines 3" to 56" dia. One end of the cables terminates on the base bracket in a galvanized wire rope clip. the other end has a 5/8" threaded end which also terminates on the base bracket. 5/8"-11 carbon steel zinc plated hex nut and SISI 6150 plated washer used a fine adjustment.
