Welcoming Damian Aranda to Inside Sales
Damian Aranda (left) has joined TechLine Mfg. as an inside sales representative at our La Porte office. With a background in operations, logistics and customer service, Aranda brings valuable experience that will help strengthen our support for customers in the Houston area.
Having worked in the electrical distribution industry, Aranda has developed expertise in problem-solving, expediting, and facilitating seamless collaboration between teams. His ability to adapt, troubleshoot and provide exceptional service makes him a great fit for inside sales, where communication and responsiveness are key.
"I was drawn to TechLine Mfg. because of its significant growth potential," Aranda shares. "I wanted to be part of a dynamic company where I could contribute and grow alongside the team. What excites me most is being in an environment where both customers and employees are valued."
Aranda believes that effective communication, honesty and integrity are the foundations of strong customer relationships. His goal in this role is to increase awareness of TechLine Mfg.’s products in the Houston Ship Channel area and continue the legacy of the La Porte location as a valued supplier in the region.
Outside of work, Aranda is a passionate musician who has been playing guitar for over 20 years, performing with bands across the Houston area. He also enjoys drawing, painting and continuous learning, frequently reading about a wide range of topics.
Renewed Focus on Outside Sales in Houston
As part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen customer relationships, Joseph Rone (right) will resume his focus on outside sales in the east Houston area and beyond. His background in purchasing, logistics and account management has positioned him well to work directly with customers, providing solutions and hands-on support tailored to their needs.
With Joseph leading efforts in the field and Damian reinforcing inside sales support, TechLine Mfg. is well positioned to enhance service and expand our reach in the Houston market.
