TechLine Mfg. ModRack Systems

TechLine Mfg. recently introduced an innovative new medium-duty modular support product that saves time during engineering and field assembly. Our ModRack is perfect for both permanent and temporary racks, utilizing 84” tall stanchions of 2.5” square tubing and fully-adjustable cross members that accommodate a wide arrangement of electrical panel configurations. The adjustable cross member receivers allow vertical spacing from 5” to 67”.

The ModRack comes standard with two 84” HDG stanchions and two receivers for each cross member needed, as well as stainless steel hardware.  Receivers accommodate 1 5/8 single strut, 1 5/8 double strut or 2” square tubing, cut to your desired length to allow for a range of rack widths needed. The ModRack components may be purchased separately or as a kit complete with all you need for assembling the rack on your job site. Because the components are not assembled, and therefore lighter weight, cranes and other lifting equipment are not required to install the racks, saving time and money on the job site.
