Speed Splice Angle System
Introducing TechLine Mfg.’s Latest Innovative Time-Saving Product
Our new Speed Splice Angle System is the latest innovation from TechLine Mfg. This cost-saving and time-saving splice uses patented push-pin technology to connect our extruded aluminum perforated angle.
The pins eliminate the need for nuts and bolts and tools, decreasing installation time, resulting in time and labor savings. The Speed Splice Angle System is made from extruded marine-grade aluminum (6063-T6) and the pinned angle splice’s inward-C design encloses the angle on its edges, holding the angle in place and giving strength to the connection of two pieces of angle. The push pins hold it in place.
Angle, along with associated splices, is used in industrial settings to keep tubing secure and out of the way while maintaining a clean, sleek appearance in an industrial facility. Angle splices, or fittings, are parts used to route or connect two lengths of angle vertically or horizontally.
Our new Speed Splice Angle System, including the pinned angle splice, push pins, and angle lengths.
- Push-pin technology used for connection reduces installation time.
- Quick installation saves labor, and results in lower installed costs.
- Marine-grade aluminum is lightweight, resulting in ease of installation.
- Corrosion-resistant material increases product life.
- Same innovative technology as TechLine Mfg.’s flagship Snap Track product.
- Each splice comes with four push pins for secure connection.
To assemble angle with this angle splice, insert the end of our extruded aluminum angle into the splice end with the edges of the angle inside the in-ward-C configuration of the splice, line up two 9/16’ holes, and use two push pins to secure the angle into the splice. Make sure the push pins “click” to ensure that the plunger has gone through both angle and splice.
Repeat on other end to connect two lengths of angle.
Additional configurations available and coming soon including elbows and more.

Pinned Angle Speed Splice
Part number TLPAS-2-2-AL
Includes 4 push pins
Utilizing extruded aluminum, our new Speed Splice Angle splice has an inward-C configuration in which the angle is inserted. Once inserted, the push pin is used to secure the angle in the splice, giving it a strong, secure, connection.
